MTN headoffice service and no feedback

Have a contract phone with MTN took it for warranty fixing September, phone returned to say they can not fix it, returned it the same day didn't take it phone to be rebooked for warranty assessment fixing phone returned nov and was told the warranty seal it's broken as they can not fix the phone, it looks like someone opened it. Was on conference call with the call centre where they fix the phones and the store lady, the supervisor said the phone was returned to the store as the USB cable was broken and they quoted R2700 to be paid. I advised them as I didn't receive any sms or call for the quote, and why should I pay for the phone as it's a contract and under warranty. Up until today it's been almost 3 months they gave me the phone back which is not working at all and im still paying for the contract, still waiting for feedback from store together with the MTN company where they fix phones as they are refusing to fix this phone. Manager Conrad Ford at MTN Krugersdorp president hyper send an email to the manager where they fix phones but up until today still no feed back yet im still paying for the contract blackberry 9810 touch but not using the phone why?
