I noticed in December 2013 that I am unable to view my statements on the Edgars website. I can open statements up to October, but not November or December statements.
I sent a message to Edgars notifying them of this, and got a response on 30 December 2013 that the issue was fixed, it woudl reflect correctly in 48 hours.
Since nothing has changed on the website, and e-mails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] AND [Email Removed] have been ignored ever since.
I am unable to get a response to ANY of my e-mails. I could understand if the webmaster adres was wrong, but the [Email Removed] is definitely correct, and that is also ignored.
I had a similar non-service delivery problem when I attempted to join the Edgars club. The lady at the store claimed she could not do it, I must cal head office. Head office however told me to go instore... people!
