I phobed the call centre to swop sim cards and deactivate my twin call number. After 4 calls they indicated I must wait 2 hours. The twin called to be cancelled 0767903740 and then to put 0723062470 on the small simcard to insert in the new Samsung. Well after 2 hours they informed me they miss informed me and it was not possible and we cannot active the simcard again. Therefore I am without a cell phone and need to go in tomorrow and and and JUST because the call centre DON't know their product. Can someone please phone me on 0829257308. If that is how the treat Platinum member, I am very sorry for the others. I am still waiting for the call on 0829257308
