Jabba connect has sent me a message four days in a row that my account is out standing. I contacted them on the number they sent with the email and was told on the first day that it was a mistake from there side and they would rectify it same thing happened on the second day and again i was told it was a mistake and it would be rectified and it wont happen again. Then on Thursday i received the the sms again but could not phone due to them closing at five o clack daily then on Friday i received again a message saying that i needed to pay my account to avoid further penalties and late fees. I called them and asked them to rectify the problem and give me feedback on the matter before they close at 5 o clock. I am still waiting for an explanation other that it is a mistake and would like to know from them what the solution is and why am I being harassed by these messages if my account is payed up to date
