Poor Service Delivery on New Contract

27/08/2013 I applied for an additional account for my son - Family Top Up 100 for his birthday, I collect the phone and simcard insert the simcard in the phone - SIM not provisioned -waited 24hrs same story; go back to the store they will phone me back - waiting; call them, they will cal me back; never call back; wait another week, they will call me back, surprise no phone call; phone Customer Services they will sort out wait 24 hrs; SIM NOT PROVISIONED; 27/09 go into store, they will call me back, nothing;01/10 teet teet debit order collected - Son's birthday sorry boy here's your phone but it doesnt work; phone again they will phone back; 07/10 - call Customer Service again - they inform me that I received the wrong simcard does not correspond with the nr on system need to exchange at store. phone store, they will have simcard ready; collect card, test every two hours wait another 24 hours Sim not provisioned!!! phone again they will deliver new card after we almost scream at them; sim card delivered card was apparently tested in two devises sim card never opened must have been tested with mind power; SIM CARD Not provisioned, wait another 24hrs? cust for 15 yrs never mis payment
