Activating new simcard... 6 working days

I call Cell C customer centre on Saturday 16/3/2013 do a sim swap as my phone was Friday night. The lady informed me that someone will call me back 24-48 hours. As nobody called me on Tuesday 19/3/2013 I called Cell C (on my MTN phone costing me money) the lady told me it is 48 working hours... and they only work 8 hours a day and 5 days a week this entails to 6 days to type a new simcard number into a computer!! Then they still have the edacity to ask you to rate their service... its pathetic. Please don't try and call me on the cell number provided... the simcard is not activated. Refer to your system and call me on my alternative MTN number. Reference number 3031601678.
