Vodacom clients have experienced bad network connections in newcastle, kzn. Even though the cell phone indicates the current network as edge or 3g you still cannot connect to the internet, this saddens me because I'm paying for A service that I'm not able to use and had to use another service provider cell service to onnect to the internet so I can write this complaint. This has been an ongoing problem for the last year or so, when they do eventialy fix the problem, it comes back, usually within A month or two, there has been numerous complaints about this by many people, this just proves that vodacom does not care about their loyal clients in the smaller towns. No wonder they are reporting that their client base is shrinking, its because of their pathetic service, please help with this problem as Vodacom is not listning to their client complaints, thank you
