Go to Cell c -they said

I opened a contract with Cell-c (Blackberry 9360) on the 24th of Jan, this year, and from day one i have been experiencing continuos dissapointment from the quality of the mobile network (2G and 3G)... My network coverage is 80dBm and up (3G and EDGE)... And all data transfers seize for 10-20 min, and then works for about 2 min, then unresponse again... After waiting a few weeks hoping cell c might fix their problem... I took my phone to your shop in potchefstroom mall... The lady there "fixed" the problem by switching my network to manual and selecting vodacom as my network provider??? "Ok" i thougt... Then she told me that i should stay on 2g (edge) because if i switch on my 3g then the problem would continue... How is that in anyway a solution??? Here i sit, a week later with the exact same problem!!! This never happened on mtn or vodacom... I would just like someone from IT or someone who KNOWS what is going on??? Because i am paying for service which cell c is FAR from providing...
