I have a 24Gb prepaid contract for 12 mths starting 4 Feb 12. On 28 Jan 13 I enquired about the balance and date of service termination. I was informed that I have 8Gb and that I would receive an extra month to use the balance (4 March 2013). Ref number 48962632. I was satisfied with the answer and had a month to do downloads.
On 4 Feb I could not access my account. Called the Customer Services and was put through to the Technical Dept. Bradley confirmed I had about 6Gb of data left. After 45 min of deleting, reloading, rebooting and what not, he gave up and said he would get a expert to contact me. Take note that all the time the calls are at my expense.
Needless to say, no call. I sent an email. 2 days later I get a miss call with a message that they will call me or I must call them. Needless to say, I had to call.
I did that on 8 Feb and am told by the Customer services that my account must be reprovisioned. Ref 83FCR53606283. Asking what it meant, I was told to contact the technical department as only they would know. I held on for 15 min and no answer.
Call 9 Feb at 0930. Held on for 15 min. "We are currently busy.."
