R99 Per Month 2GB capped accounts goes over R300pm

Hi I have had a neotel modem for over 5 years now and recently changed over to a 2GB data that is supposed to be capped for R99 per month total cost. In April I received a call from an in the Neotel accounts office talking to me like I am wrong and did not pay my account etc etc where as previously on a monthly basis my account was debited for R99... They stated I have went over the data bundle on my 2GB CAPPED account!!! anyway I paid R600 on April 15th as I needed to use the net urgently. My account was R0 as off the 15 April 2013..During May I did not here anything or even receive any invoices etc from Neotel also as I receive a daily data usage I know for a fact that I did not even reach close to the 2GB per month cut off... Well today I received a email from Neotel stating I have been handed over to the lawyers and my name sent to the ITC as I am currently owing and amount of R334.17 and its 30 days overdue... I really don't understand why or how such dumb people work in an accounts department of any company. I called the call centre and enquired on numerous occasions and nobody can give me a straight answer as to why I am being billed ridiculous amounts.
