RESEPTION IN KRAAIFONTEIN

Since Wednesday 06/03/2013 We have no reception in the Windsor park and Bonnibrook area in Kraaifontein. I have phoned customer care on 808 and the reception help desk on 0839001212. since Thursday. they put me on hold for more than 30min at a time and don, t come back to me. Have spoken to a supervisor today demanding an answer and again no reply. There's a brake down and the technicians apparently only work from 8.00 to 17.00 weekdays. Irun a business from home and my Internet is with Mtn as well no reception.

I will hold MTN responsible for loss of income.

If there is an area without reception a temporary tower should be available so there's reception all over. 1 day is acceptable but 4 days is ridiculous. Please MTN. If you don't have the knowledge to run a telecommunications business, shut down and leave it to the professionals. Then people like us don't have to go trough the emotional stress and bad service.

Not even the staff in store at Cape gate could get an answer from their head office. What kind of business is this?
