I have tried to make contact with neotel since the weekend. Each time I call I am told due to high volumes of calls a consultant will answer shortly well this does not happen on tuesday I hung on for 45 minutes all I got every couple of seconds (All our consultants are busy your call will be answered that never happened I still have have no access to my mail my neotel N0. is 0318115807 I am considering cancelling my contract because the service across the board is appalling
