Neotel Charges For Calling Their Own Call Cente

A month back Neotel suspended my prepaid line due to low airtime balance on my account, called their call center they said i activated "Call Barring" on my line, several consultants gave me a code to dial to deactivate "Call Barring" and requested me to reboot my phone, thereafter i couldn't even call their call center, i went to their walking store in Midrand, it took them 3 hours to resolve my issue, on the same day i bought airtime to activate my phone, yesterday when i try to make calls i get an error message"my account has been temporarily suspended" i checked my airtime balance the is funds on my account, i tried to get hold of the call center i get same error message.
