After reaching 3Gb of the uncapped lite package the download speed dropped to 40'skB/s which is fine. Then yesterday when I reached 9Gb of usuage the download speed dropped to 8kB/s. So if you convert that to kb, its only 64kbs, and I suppose to 256kbs! which is literally only 1/4 of what the speed should be! This is unacceptable as no terms and conditions were specified for this. I've tried restarting to pc, restarting the dongle but nothing is working... I'm even having problem browsing the internet because the speed is so slow!! Please fix this problem!
