MTN Internet very very slow

On 12/05/2012 I upgraded to the MTN uncapped Lite. For the first 9 months my internet download speed was great and never dipped below 200kb/s. I was very happy. On month 10 my internet speed suddenly dropped to seldom more that 10kb/s. I phoned and asked what is wrong but the service of the 1555 no is so bad that it took about two logged calls (Ref 0041504 and Ref 8701458). After these calls was logged no response. I had to phone back every time to get the status. One time the lady told met that my internet package get throttled after 3GB and the after about 10GB and then after 15GB and so on. I told her that it was not what the sales person told me when I upgraded. He told me that I will be throttled after 3GB to speed no lower than 256kb/s. That is what I experienced in the first 9 months of the contract. Now my internet is so slow sometimes it take more that two minutes to open a webpage. The download speed seldom reach more than 10kb/s. I lodged complaints on there website no one respond or phone me back. I try to find out how I can stop this contract as I had enough but they do not even answer there 808 number after 30 min. The MTN service is really bad.
