I am paying MWeb for the uncapped 1 meg download speed. I have for the 2 last days had extremely slow internet connection. When speaking to the call centre I was told that I have used enough and that my download speed has been "throttled". In my opinion this is capping me and not what I am paying for. The person at the call centre advised me that my download speed will now be 128kb even though I am paying for uncapped 1 meg download speed. Absolutely false advertising. I have been a Mweb customer for more than 10 years.
