About three weeks ago i went to vodacom to take a laptop via contract.
they told me everything went well, my application has been approved and i shall receive it in 3working days!!!
a lady by the name of Meagan was assisting me. after 3days i still didnt receive a call therefore i went back to them for follow up... i spoke to Joharnes Diedericks who they told me they are out of stock they will let me know as soon as my laptop walks in the store...
now for the past week i have been sending him emails asking him if they are still out of stock but all he does he reads my emails and he doesnt reply... this is really bad customer service as i send him emails 3 times asking him but he completely ignores my emails... futhermore as a customer i sholudnt be following him around with emails, i went to the store 3times already so that should show that i need my goods asap, therefore he should show some interest, show some sense of urgency and either call me or reply on my emails... those consultant are not professional at all and they show no sense of urgency!!! when they serve you they keep on yawning and they even speak like they dont want to... BAD response! BAD BAD BAD
