Since 19/3/2013 my emails to clients and insurers were not being delivered. I did not receive any notifications that they were not being delivered and only discovered it when started doling follow ups after Easter. Then I started receiving emails form Vodamail that my outgoing emails were being blocked, quarantined and returned as spam. I phoned 082 111 and spoke to Mza on the 29/4/2013 and she advised that I must forward the reply messages from Vodamail to 155Datasupport and wait for a reply. I received a reply on the 2/5/2013 from Allister stating that my emails (thousands) contained words which were used by banking phishers therefore my emails were being rejected!!! I replied to Allister advising him that his reason was nonsense and that he should fix the problem. I called 082 155 this morning and spoke to Patrick, held on for 25 minutes while Patrick tried to find Allister- amazing he cant be found so now I am waiting for a call back. This is ridiculous that no one can help me in fixing this problem!!!
