Good day,
I would like to bring to your attention the Vodacom & Blackberry Bad Service by both service providers not able to setup emails on Z10
I switched from blackberry bold to new Z10 and that was the beginning of the nightmare
The Vodacom Data Store in Sandton city was not able to setup emails, I went to Vodacom customer care centre in Sandton city, they were also not able to setup emails
And lastly I went to a blackberry stand at Sandton city (located on first floor next to markhams), they were also not able to setup emails
And this means that all along I'm not able to access emails and work, yes I pay for the contract and all but not getting all the services I took up the phone for
I want to know how will Vodacom & Blackberry help
