I don't know where to go with this Vodacom takes no care of its customers my phone has not been working since February 2013 they keep sending it back saying its repaired when nothing has been done. Here are my job numbers 8475082.8756405.9235346, 9281258.what kind of customer no satisfaction is this to have to send your phone in 5 times. Vodacom has a complete disregard for there customers. Vodacom are completely incompetent and lack the basic facilities to repair phones and satisfy customers, Vodacom is a complete waste of time. The only solution to this would be a new phone as they cannot fix this one, I have 4 contracts up for renewal with you guys do you think I will after the worst service I receive. I have just left the phone at the store what's the use you guys just a waste of my time.it seems like there is no hierarchy in Vodacom to escalate to all I get is the same kind of people.
there is a list of people emails I can put on to show all the amount of emails I have sent and the people who were incompetent of resolving a stupid phone to get fixed
