On the 28th of October I placed an order for a Laptop on the Vodacom4u site. When I ordered, I specifically chose the one that was NOT Out of Stock only to be told afterwards that the laptop that I chose was Out Of Stock. When you received stock of the laptop, I was told the dongle (LTE) that I wanted was Out of Stock.
I have sent numerous emails trying to determine when I can expect the delivery to take place.
Last week I spoke to a sales rep, who told me that a Tracking Number has already been issued and that I can expect the delivery to take place around Friday. This never happened.
It doesn't seem like you know what you are doing!
The sales lady can't tell me, I haven't received feedback from Vodacom's Customer Care, and it seems like my Tweets to @Vodacom111 are being ignored.
I am utterly disgusted in Vodacom, its brand and its pathetic service!
