Since moving from Telkom to Neotel, we had to log 4 calls with them to resolve issues during the implementation of the new PABX. On all 4 occasions Neotel left me speechless with their fantastic customer service! They return phone calls and emails in record time, they have great technical resources that are always able to resolve any issues and the call centre follows up with all parties involved and ensures that everybody delivers on time.
I was a bit skeptical when I found out that Neotel was going to replace Telkom, thinking that they are just a second Telkom when it comes to poor service but they proved me wrong on 4 occasions!
Well done Neotel! Keep up the good service and you will gain a lot more enterprise customers who move from Telkom PRI to NeoVoice!
