I have had a similar encounter. Went from Telkom to Neotel in November 2012. Received bills from both and upon querying was promised a correction of this matter. Needles to say, Telkom handed me over to a debt collector and Neotel wants nothing to do with me. I have created a new slogan for myself. Neotel... the worst thing after Telkom.
