This must be by far the worst company for service in SA today. If you have a query or complaint you cannot get hold of anyone with any authority to resolve your issues. Seems like the call centre who never return calls are there to block you from management. Well my advise to anyone planning to do business with NEOTEL DON'T! as you will be sorely disappointed. My phone package was misrepresented to me as a business solution when in fact it was tailored for home use and secondly I started getting billed for 2 accounts when in fact I had one. They are very quick to hand you over without even trying to resolve or even communicate with you. AVOID NEOTEL AT ALL COSTS...
