My Blackberry 9320 has been in now for the second time for the same problem as the first time. This time however it has completely erased all data off the phone and memory cards as well. The first time it went in the phone was repaired and sent back within 5 days it has already been with the MTN for a week. I am completely at my whits end as I can not function to the fullest capacity without my phone as it is my main means of business. When I call the service center I am greeted most of the time in a very abrupt manor and am treated like a low grade customer. All my business contract for all my employees are with MTN to they have also complained about the service received. I need this matter addressed now!!! or I will be pulling a lot of business away from the network
