I have moved my account from Nashua Mobile to Vodacom. I am concerned about my billing. Firstly i assumed my account was paid monthly by debit order which is not the case. I called Vodacom to enquire and make an eft, they give me an invalid account number. I then acquire about my current balance, which is now R1015.94. I dont understand how this amount was calculated and why according to them i have a balance of R3.09 for an international sms. I need a recon of my account and I want someone who knows whats going on to assist me.
