72 hours to allocate a payment

I made an electronic fund transfer from inside Capitec Bank on Tuesday 5 February between 16:30 and 16:45.
I also made another Nedbank transfer a few minutes after the payment made to Cell C.
The other person received a sms of payment within a couple of hours after the payment was made.
It is now Wednesday and Cell C can neither see, nor allocate my payment made!!
I even faxed the proof of payment this morning, just to find out that the number on the sms FROM CELL C is incorrect and will take another 72 hours to be allocated!!!
I mean really!!!
This is a business phone, and since Monday I have not been able to receive any mails, smses or make any calls.
This is ridiculous.
How is it so difficult to find a fax?
How is it so difficult to allocate a payment?
I am not getting the service that I am paying for.
I have just faxed the proof to YET ANOTHER number, and hopefully I will have service by the weekend!!!
