I have an data bundle with cell c. the package included a laptop and 1g of Internet for R299.00pm and now I'm being billed over R300pm with out my limit i have set on the account. they have also not yet received my payment i have made on the 3rd of Sept 2013 after i have send through the proof of payment to [Email Removed] twice and every time i am being charged by my bank to send and resent my proof of payment. i even had to go to the bank and send an bank statement with a bank stamp on it through which my bank charges me as well. and whenever i phone to hear how far they are with my query about the incorrect billing nobody is getting back to me at all! they cant even allocate my payment which they have told me to use my nr as a ref how long will they take to allocate this payment and fix my billing problem they are quickly to phone you when you have not paid which i have done on the 3rd of september, but they cant fix the over billing so quickly and they don't keep with their promise when they say they will phone you back. i have reported the incorrect billing 15/08/2013 i was supposed to hear from them after 48 hours and yet i still did not get any answer.
