According to a message I received from Cell C, I needed to fax or email proof of payment to have my line reconnected within 4 hours. This is absolute since I have both emailed and faxed to proof of payment to the number provided by Cell C and 6 hours later my lines have still not been connected... pathetic!!
According to the help desk people, it will take 24 hours for my service to be reconnected and not 4 hours as the Cell C message indicates.
I have made payment, sent the documentation through so I have done everything that was required of me. I want my lines reconnected immediately or be given an alternative fax/email contact that actually reads their email or handles faxes received and does not tell clients a bunch of.
