I placed an order with Mac steel, I forgot to make the payment, so I phoned back today, and the gent advised that the payment was not done, so I apologised and said I would do the payment now and forward proof of payment, I asked when I would receive the order and the gent promised tomorrow.
I now phoned him to make sure he got my payment and he said yes, but he also said that delivery will not be tomorrow but will be wednesday because they want the money to reflect in their account first because (they do not trust us and think we faked the proof of payment)
Never have I heard of such pathetic business practice. I have never heard of a company which do not accept proof of payment, especially from a company which has spent so much money over so many years with them, why would we fake the proof of payment???!!! I cancelled the order and demanded my money back and I will never ever support this pathetic company again!!! I have only had terrible service after terrible service and they have no idea how to treat their loyal old customers!!! Now an 'ex' customer!!!
