Appauling service from network giant Vodacom

I booked in my phone (Red blackberry 9320) on 31/01/2013 (job number 8560420). I called to confirm status of repair on 05/02/2013 & was advised that the handset was ready for collection. My husband went to Vodacom late last week & was given a completely different phone (Pink 8520). He was advised by one the consultants that this was indeed the phone he had booked in. He then spoke to a manager called Andre who advised that the matter would be resolved (correct phone willl be issued) new job number issued 8581823. I have called vodacom several times & have been given the same feedback (phone is being tested by a technician). Spoke to Nkului, Thandi etc... I however cannot understand why a replacement is being tested for almost three days. I am going on leave tomorrow & need a phone. I need a urgent solution to my problem.
