I had taken Wireless Internet through Web4us.
They Installed their Product on 20/12/2012. On 21/01/2013 we booked a Complaint because the Bracket they had Installed was drilled into the Cement and came loose. On the 28/01/2012, they came to repair the loose Bracket. Exactly 7 days later the Bracket came loose again, but this time it had ripped my house's cement and Bricks loose with it due to the Bracket that swings around viciously when its windy or rains. They came to remove the Bracket on the 7/02/2013, and I have not heard from them since. We had only used their Product for a Month and 14 days and i was not willing to put up with this for the next 10 & a Half months until our contact expired. So I cancelled the Contact. Now there are Damages to my house, i payed for a full month of February, and only used their service until the 07/02/2013. Their equipment that was removed is still with me and I sent an email on the 12/02/2013, and a Fax on the 13/03/2013, but just absolutely just dont get any response as to the Damages to my property caused by their product or the refund of my money...
