Payment default?

I contacted Nedbank on Saturday morning to enquire what my settlement balance is so I could pay it up. I made payment on Saturday morning before 12:00pm. I called a few minutes later to inform them that I had used an incorrect reference number and asked that the please log the correct details so payment could be allocated. I faxed the proof of payment on Monday morning and called 011 710 4710 to inform them that it was faxed. I was advised that it would be escalated and the monies should reflect by Wednesday for the latest. I called again on Tuesday just to make sure and was told by Wednesday. I went to the ATM on Thursday morning, this now the 4th day and the payment had still not been allocated. How long could it possibly take to do this with all the technology available to us?! I am highly frustrated as I thought I was doing a good thing but now my whole payment schedule has been thrown out. Can someone please get back to me, but more so, find my payment so I can pay who needs to be paid. I am highly frustrated!!!
