Please allocate my payment

On the 11th of this month we made a payment to the amount of R455.79 and used my cell phone number 0844738315 as reference to allocate the payment. Before this payment was made, the above cell phone number was changed from 0844738315 to 0742078752. Now my question is where has this money gone to as obviously this payment cannot be allocated to the old number as this number no longer exists. We have spoken to the Call Centre agents many, many times in the last week to get this rectified to no avail.

We have sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] on many, many occasions with no reply. We have a contract with Cell C, but will no longer pay this and move over to MTN/Vodacom, as the service that we have received over the last couple of years have been shocking to say the least. Please rectify this asap to avoid further issues to be referred to top management within Cell C.
