I made payment on my account for November 2013 and faxed the proof of payment 3 times, emailed it twice. My lines were reactivated eventually and today I get a phonecall stating that my account is in arrears with the amount I paid and then suddenly my lines are disconnected again.
How in the does this work???
I have never come across more pathetic service!!!
I want my lines reactivated immediately and not within 24 hours!!! Right now!!!
I have again emailed the proof of payment to some supervisor, I don't see it helping since the service with Cell C couldn't be much worse than it currently is.
