And here i am again... wish i could say that i had anything good to say about cellc just for once... Unfortunately i do not. Made a payment in January on my 084 easy pay number, made a payment on my 074 easy pay number (which is different). All moneys were allocated to my 084 number. Called 3 times and also faxed proof of payments. The money has not been allocated to the right accounts. Called tonight and was told i had to pay a fee to reactivate my number. Now... who allocate the money? Me? CellC? Why must i pay for cellc allocating two different easy pay number payments into one account? Sorry, but that will not be me. And so we are clear from the start. This is me telling cellc, due to non service (which i am entitled to seeing as i pay my accounts on time!!) i am suspending my own cell c service. From here on out no more payments will be made to cell c due to non service. You are welcome to drag me trough court... perhaps than i can get a proper explanation for non service. So this is just to inform cell c of my intent. No service, NO PAYMENT.
