Unable to obtain feedback from accounts

About a week ago I complaint about me that Migrated my package from Casual chat to a top up 50 in the middle of my contract term and the quote Cell C gave me never mentioned that my installment will be higher, not lower, because of the handset.

Cell C went and contacted the dealer as they thought the dealer made a mistake after I clearly told them my contract has been a few months in it's terms. Totally not related to my issue of the incorrect Cell C quotation.

With Cell C totally of the subject and problem and unable to resolve the issue, I then requested a quote for cancellation of the line so that me can part ways with Cell C at the customer service email adress.

After 5 emails in the last 2 weeks, I am yet to receive a response that can detail:
1. The amount payable on cancellation
2. Bank details for the EFT to be made
3. Reference number to be used
4. Contact details to verify receipt of money and that cancellation is successful.

Am I to phone Mr Allan Knott-Craig to resolve this issue? And believe me, I have his details.

Cell C, I dont want to do business with you anymore, so please give me my quote as requested above and let us part ways!!
