Cell C charged me a cancellation fee of R70.09 even though the contract was cancelled at the end of the term, which was 19/7/2013. Cell C chose to cancel the contract wef 30/6/13. I called cell C, received a reference number which is 1307290000238304 and then sent an email on 31/7/13 regarding this matter. No response.
