Bad Service and Wrongly Billed

Hi i had take na contract with Cell C towards the end of march, the phone i took was the blackerry Z10, i was having problems with the phone so i had advise the branc hand they asked me to bring the phone in if the ycant fix it i would be give a new one, so i was given a new phone. When i had got the new phone it had been giving me problems again, so i went back to cell c and i gave them the phone which would be a week or to later after i got the phone telling them that i dont want the phone and am cancelling my contract. Now its been 5 to 6 months later and i am issued with a bill of R 4500 for a cancellation fee.what kind of business does cell c run 1stly i dont have the phone, there has been no communication with me for the pas tfew months and now i must pay a cancellation fee, which ofcourse no one told me about when i cancelled the contract. They need to look into this and sort it out as i will not be paying for something i do not posses and R 4500 for a cancellation fee i might as well buy a brand new phone, is this there way of making money by pouncing on there clients with an amount with no prior warning, i am very unhappy and angry with this issue.
