NO NETWORK - NO ACTION TO RESOLVE BY CELL C

This is the 3 report for the same issue as the previous 2 has been totally ignored, and falsely responded to on this site. There is no network coverage at my home. What have you done to resolve this? This means no service by CellC. Is this legitimate terms for cancellation of my contract so I can go back to VODACOM?
