My modem line working for my ADSL stopped working from last Monday the 6th of January. I waited three days before reporting the fault with a phone call from the Telkom store in Greenstone. I was told that they would send technicians to fix the problem and would liaise with me via SMS with everything that would happen. An SMS was send to me immediately with a reference number 359CRK090114. I have heard nothing from them since. I returned to the Telkom store on Saturday to again phone them to find out what's going on. They told me the technicians were busy with that line. I asked to be informed of feedback and progress and the man on the phone said he had let the technician know and that they would. I repeated the same phone call yet again on Monday 13th January and was told the same thing. I requested the technicians numbers and was told they could not give it to me. It has now been a week and a half that I have no Internet line and my work is behind, and still they have not told me anything about what is going on!!!
