Why can't things go smooth?

I took my phone to Autopgage Headoffice on 23rd May 2013. They implemented a new system and I was the first customer on this system to log my repairs.
The consultant instructed me to remove my back cover and keep it with me and also take sim card and battery out.

I have been phoning for 3 weeks for feedback and nothing...

Today I phone for feedback and hear CellC Repair Centre rejected the phone because it was opened due to back cover being removed and now phone is at external repair centre. I ask you what now? My phone was still under warranty at time I took in for repairs. Phone rejected because of instruction from Autopage to remove cover.

Again no proper feedback can be given because the person who assisted me needs to give feedback. So I guess if this person is deceased or in Hospital I will never get any proper feedback or way forward. This person was on leave till end of May, and thus Autopage cannot assist me, this is appalling.

i want Autopage to explain, and get my phoned repaired or supply a new one. I can be more rude but choose not to... feedback please Autopage!!
