I have not received payment from Blue lakes for May and June 13 and I have logged complaints several times on the website and till today I have not received any feedback. The last feedback I received from them was wednesday with the respons that I will be getting feedback during the week. It is monday already and still no feedback. I also tried to post my new photos for the new month (july) and I could not get in on the web. It keeps on giving me error that my account is logged till further notice. So I wont be getting payment again for end July. Since I bought the car I am having endless troubles with the branding of the vehicle and with payment. This is not the first time Im not getting payment. Everytime I logged a complaint I was getting respons of the photo;s was late or could not see clearly or any excuse for not paying me. I am realy fedup with the bad service im getting and if I try to phone and find out the service centre is very rude and puts the phone down in my ear. I have had it with the bad attitude and bad service im getting from blue lake. Hope someone in management can get back to me with proper feedback and payments.
