I handed my phone in for repairs due to the phone does not have signal. It's going for 2months i have not received and feedback with regards to the phone. Today i received a call from Portia with regards to the phone still no feedback received. I only received a message that i will received feedback shortly. I am really not happy with the service received with the matter the phone is on contract. I m tired now and will be taking the matter up with Legal wise. I am using my old phone, i mean even the service that you received at the carnival mall is like you are going to ask for food but you are paying for the service / your contract. Cause clearly i dont think that you can get a contract if you are not working.
