My blackberry has been giving a lot of problems lately due to the fact that it needs a software upgrade done. 8ta say that they have to book it in for 28 days for something that vodacom takes 1 hour to do in the same shopping centre!!! I use my bbm service for business and so i cant book it in and yet 8ta are not being helpful at all!!! Its shocking that they cant even almost provide the same service as their competitors!!!
