I could not believe that there are still good consultants out there who go the extra mile to help customers. I had a hundred and one questions on my upcoming upgrade and she took her time to explain everything to me over the phone. She made sure i was satisfied as i thought some of my questions were quite silly but she assured me and was patient to explains in full details even going to an extent of emailing me some of the information that I requested. When the day came for my to upgrade, I could not thank her enough for all the information I got. I'm a proud MTN member and people like Penelope make it worth while. Keep up the good work.
