My blackberry has had problems with the scroller time and again. And few times the phone would restart by itself.
I took it in for a software upgrade as i was told that it would be advised to first to the software upgrade and see if that was the problem or if the hardware was the problem.
A week after the software was updated i took the phone back to book it in so that the hardware can be checked.
My battery was working quite fine as i had no problems with it and i had replaced once this year already.
Upon collection of my phone, the battery was completely not working and the phone could not go on at all.
I am terribly unsatisfied with this service from Nashua, as i took the phone in for a different problem and got it back with a new problem which is unacceptable.
I would definitely not recommend anyone to go and have a contract taken with Nashua Mobile.
I am a paying customer and this is the type of service i get in return.
