Useless, unprofessional, Uninformative Staff

I have a huge problem with personnel at the MTN Northgate, I had an issue with my cellphone (prepaid client) my sim was blocked (for some reason) I went into the store so someone could assist me, the "Sales people" after an hour of waiting said I would have to do a sim swop (as it is my business number I needed the same number) he said he was unable to assist as I would have to get an affidavid??? Leaving very irritated I rode to Morningside as I knew they assisted me years ago with a sim swop. They indicated they were unable to assists as they had NO SIM CARDS!!! They sent me to a small shop in Bedfordview, on arrival there the sales person indicated to me that all i needed to do was purchase a new sim card and choose the option to do a sim swop and all would be fine in 2 hours.

Okey came all the way back home, put new sim card and chose sim swop option, waited two hours, and presto all works, only it was my original sim card that was working???

Please could someone explain why I had to waste a half a day and who no how much petrol driving up and down only to have the original card working. Why did Northgate branch just sort out original problem???
