I upgraded the cell on 24/01/14 @bankcity branch assisted by Afrika who did not notify me of the sim swop and new micro sim, figured it out when i got home, went to Northgate on 25/01/14 assisted by Puleng who did a sim swop for me & was charged r136.80, she was busy on the phone with her friends while assisting me and advised it will work in 2 to 24hrs, my old & new sim has not been working since the 25/01/14 aroung 16:00, only if she could have concerntrated on what she was doing, when i called 808 was advised she activated the incorrect sim they will escalate it back to Northgate for rectification, im still sitting without a phone and no phone call yet, this is so unacceptable from bankcity to northgate.
