Data card not working

I had a problem with a data SIM card and went into a Vodashop and did a SIM swop. I could not get it to work, so I phoned the call centre 082155 which took me for almost an hour through various steps. They then told me that I should wait till the 24 hour period was up after the SIM swop, it will then work. I did wait, but it still did not work. I phoned 082155 again which, after almost an hour told me that the problem is with the SIM card and I should do another SIM swop. I went to the same Vodashop and did a SIM swop. Well, after 24 hours, it still does not work. I went to a Vodashop for help. I stood in the queue for more than 30 minutes and then sat at a consultant for more than 20 minutes who told me that he can do nothing as the technical people do not answer their phone. If this happened to you, to put it softly, you would be fed-up.
